Registration & Enrollment

 

Instructions on Enrollment:

 

Step 1:

Enroll your student in the School District of Wisconsin Dells.

Using Skyward, fill out an Account Request

Completely fill out the New Student Online Enrollment

 *If you have a student who has previously attended SDWD, you already have an account, and can                                                                                                                          recover your account by visiting: Skyward Forgotten Login/Password Assistance.

                    Online Enrollment must be completed on a laptop or computer.  It will not work to use a cell phone or tablet.  If you do not have access to a computer,                             please visit our District Administrative Office at 811 County Road H between the hours of 8-4:30, Monday through Friday. 

 

          Step 2:

          Provide required documents.

           Proof of Residency - Can be any of the following:  Utility bill (such as water, gas, electric) that is                     dated within 30 days of enrollment, residential lease agreement, mortgage statement, or real estate             deed. 

•            Birth Certificate 

•            Immunization Records - Your physician or the Wisconsin Immunization Registry are good sources                 for immunization records.

           If you are unable to upload these documents to Skyward during the enrollment process, you will                     need to bring the required documents to our Administrative Office located at:

                                                                     811 County Road H

                                                               Wisconsin Dells, WI 53965.

    Once steps 1 & 2 have been completed, a representative from the School District of Wisconsin                Dells will contact you with a start date for your student. 

     The enrollment application will NOT be processed until the above mentioned required documents are verified.
