Registration & Enrollment

4K & 5K New Student Enrollment

Starting April 1, 2025, the School District of Wisconsin Dells (SDWD) will open online enrollment for new 4K and 5K students for the 2025-26 school year. The online application can be completed anytime, from the convenience of your home, using a computer or laptop. Please note that the application is not compatible with cellular devices.

For those needing computer access, devices are available at the District Office (1501 Brew Farm Rd, next to the High School) Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Additionally, we're hosting an in-person enrollment event on April 9th from 8 am to 6 pm at the District Office. Families can use our computers to complete the online enrollment or have documents verified at this event.

*Reminder:  All 4K students will attend Spring Hill Elementary*

Required Documentation for Enrollment

  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization Records
  • Proof of Residency 
    • Utility Bill such as electric, gas, water.
    • Lease agreement​​​​​​ or mortgage statement

Instructions on Enrollment:

 

Step 1:

Enroll your student in the School District of Wisconsin Dells.

Using Skyward, fill out an Account Request

Completely fill out the New Student Online Enrollment

 *If you have a student who has previously attended SDWD, you already have an account, and can                                                                                                                          recover your account by visiting: Skyward Forgotten Login/Password Assistance.

                    Online Enrollment must be completed on a laptop or computer.  It will not work to use a cell phone or tablet.  If you do not have access to a computer,                             please visit our District Administrative Office at 1501 Brew Farm Rd between the hours of 8-4:00, Monday through Friday. 

 

          Step 2:

          Provide required documents.

           Proof of Residency - Can be any of the following:  Utility bill (such as water, gas, electric) that is                     dated within 30 days of enrollment, residential lease agreement, mortgage statement, or real estate             deed. 

  •            Birth Certificate 

  •            Immunization Records - Your physician or the Wisconsin Immunization Registry are good sources                 for immunization records.

           If you are unable to upload these documents to Skyward during the enrollment process, you will                     need to bring the required documents to our Administrative Office located at:

    Once steps 1 & 2 have been completed, a representative from the School District of Wisconsin                Dells will contact you with a start date for your student. 

     The enrollment application will NOT be processed until the above mentioned required documents are verified.

 

         

School Supplies:
Our District is fortunate to have partnered with the Happy Kids Network that provided all school supplies to grade 4K-5. 

 

 Food Service:

Both breakfast and lunch are served daily at all schools.  Thanks to the Wisconsin Dells Education Foundation, each student gets 1 free breakfast each day for the 2024-25 school year.
